Murova: Focus Timer ("Murova", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") is a Pomodoro focus timer for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does - and does not - handle.

In short: Murova: Focus Timer is offline-first. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. We have no account system and no servers.

The short version

• No account. No sign-up, no login, no email required to use the app.
• No servers of ours. Murova: Focus Timer has no backend. Your data never leaves your device to reach us, because we have nowhere to receive it.
• No analytics, no ads, no tracking. We do not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• Your data stays on your device - focus sessions, statistics, streaks, session profiles, and settings are all stored locally.

What the app stores, and where

Murova: Focus Timer stores the following only on your device:

• Your completed and in-progress focus sessions (start time, duration, type, and whether they were completed).
• Derived statistics such as daily totals, streaks, and the activity heatmap.
• Your preferences: selected session profile and any custom profiles, accent color, ambient sound choice, sound/haptic toggles, and onboarding state.

This information is kept in on-device storage (Apple's Core Data) and in a shared app group container so that the Murova: Focus Timer widgets and Live Activity / Dynamic Island can display your current timer on the same device. None of it is sent to us or to any third party. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Notifications

Murova: Focus Timer can send local notifications (for example, when a focus session ends). These are generated on your device and are not delivered through any server. They are optional and controlled by the standard iOS notification permission, which you can change at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Purchases (Murova Pro)

Murova offers an optional upgrade, Murova Pro, as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase and as a "Monthly" subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple's StoreKit. We use StoreKit only to confirm whether your device is entitled to Murova Pro.

We never receive or store your name, billing address, card number, or any payment details — Apple handles all of that. Your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and the App Store terms.
