Promptory ("the App") is developed and operated by an independent developer ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use Promptory.

Overview

Promptory is a local-first prompt manager for iOS. Your prompts, tags, and platform settings are stored on your device. If you unlock Pro and have iCloud enabled, your data can sync across your own Apple devices through Apple's CloudKit service.

Data We Process

1) User Content

The App processes content you create, such as:

• Prompt titles and text
• Tags
• Platform labels and related organization data

This data is used only to provide core app functionality (create, edit, search, filter, sync across your devices).

2) Purchases

If you buy Promptory Pro, purchase handling is performed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card or bank details.

3) iCloud Sync Data (Pro Feature)

If iCloud sync is enabled on your device and Pro is active, your app data is synchronized using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure under your Apple ID. We do not use this data for advertising or third-party profiling.
